This 20-tray storage unit designed for mobile use comes with opaque trays, making it an ideal solution for efficient organization. Each storage compartment has dimensions of 9 inches in width and 6 inches in height. The shelves are meticulously assembled using glued and doweled joints to ensure added strength. For safety purposes, the corners are rounded, and the surfaces are finished with a robust, scratch-resistant, and easy-to-clean UV finish.
To prevent objects from slipping underneath, toe-kicks are incorporated into the design. The unit is crafted from durable 5/8-inch thick, 11-ply birch veneer panels. Additionally, non-warping woodgrain backs, measuring 1/4 inch in thickness, are recessed into the side and top panels and securely screwed into place.
