FurnitureTycoon.com offers free shipping on many items to our customers anywhere in the contiguous United States. We have 2 locations across the country to serve you better and ship our products from the location nearest to you. Items not shipped directly from our warehouses are drop shipped directly from the manufacturer to you.

Your order is securely packaged (boxed, banded, reinforced and/or shrink-wrapped as appropriate) and transported by FedEx, UPS or quality freight carrier, as determined by the size and weight of the shipment. To minimize damage during transport, many items are shipped "Ready to Assemble". Instructions and all the hardware necessary, with the exception of wood glue, are included.

A physical street address is required for any delivery. We do not ship to P.O. boxes.

How long will my item take to ship?

With the wide array of products we offer, different items ship at different times from multiple locations. We provide estimated ship times on our website. If delivery time is a critical factor, please contact us.

How much does shipping cost?

Many of our items ship free within the contiguous United States and are marked FREE SHIPPING or FREE SHIPPING on 50+ of this item. 

Most orders will ship via UPS or FedEx. Larger items or larger orders will be transported on a semi-truck via freight carrier. 

Items that do NOT qualify for free shipping will incur shipping charges. You may see messaging such as "Shipping Charges will Apply" or "Additional Shipping Charges will Apply" on the product pages of our website or in your shopping cart. We attempt to calculate your shipping charges during the checkout process. If the shipping charges for your order cannot be determined during checkout, you will receive a shipping quote via email within 24 hours of placing your order on regular business days. If you prefer to receive the shipping charges before placing your order, submit a Shipping/Freight Quote Request. You will receive a shipping quote via email within 3-4 hours on regular business days. You will also receive a quote number that you can reference in the comments section when you place your order. 

If your order requires shipping charges and is submitted over the weekend, we will provide your quote at the first opportunity on the next business day. Your order will not be processed until you approve the shipping charges. 

Orders to Alaska, Hawaii and Canada will incur additional freight charges.

How much is shipping to Canada?

Shipping charges to Canada will vary depending on the size and weight of your order. To receive a Shipping/Freight Quote before placing your order, contact us and provide your order details. 

Canadian customers are responsible for applicable taxes, duties and brokerage fees.

We want you to be happy with your purchase from FurnitureTycoon.com. If you're not happy, we want to know about it. Contact us to resolve any issues you may be having.

Standard Return Policy

Unless otherwise indicated on the product page, you can return new, unused items for a refund within 30 calendar days of the date you receive them. Office chairs (up to 5 chairs) can be returned for a refund within 60 calendar days of the date you receive them with our 60 Day Money Back Guarantee. Custom upholstered, embroidered, built or manufactured items cannot be returned. Final Closeout and "As Is" items cannot be returned. Perceived color differences due to the display settings of your computer monitor are not grounds for a refund.

Returned products must be complete (all parts & pieces) and in their original condition and packaging. Promotional items that were included with your original purchase must be returned when returning the item that qualified for it. If you do not return these items, their retail value may be deducted from your refund amount.

ALL RETURNS MUST BE PREAUTHORIZED

Contact us to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number. In addition to issuing an RA number, our representative will give you the address to send your item for returns processing and answer any questions you may have. Your Return Authorization number must be enclosed within the box and written on the outside of the return shipment.

You are responsible for return shipping charges. Many of our products are offered with free shipping. If you return one of these products, outbound shipping costs may be deducted from your refund amount. Refunds will be credited to the original method of payment.

DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE

If you receive a defective item that can be repaired with replacement parts, we'll send the parts you need at no charge to you. If the defect cannot be resolved with replacement parts, we will pay the shipping charges to return the item to us and we’ll send a replacement to you.

DAMAGED MERCHANDISE

If you receive an item that has been damaged in transit, contact us immediately for assistance. We can send replacement products to you before we receive the damaged merchandise back, but you must provide the required documentation within 10 days of the original delivery date. If we do not receive your documentation within 10 days, you may be charged for the replacement products.
